What type of wood is used in your furniture?

All Classic Oak pieces are handcrafted from 100% sustainably sourced solid European and American white oak. We never use veneers or particle board.

How long does shipping take?

Standard delivery typically takes 7-14 business days. For custom-made or oversized items, please allow 4-6 weeks for artisan crafting and specialized freight shipping.

Do you offer white-glove delivery?

Yes, we offer a white-glove service for an additional fee which includes room-of-choice delivery, professional assembly, and removal of all packaging materials.

How should I care for my oak furniture?

We recommend dusting regularly with a soft cloth and using coasters for all liquids. Avoid direct sunlight and harsh chemicals; a light application of natural wood wax once a year will maintain the finish.

What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day return policy for all standard items in their original condition. Please note that custom-built furniture is non-refundable unless it arrives damaged.

Does my furniture come with a warranty?

Every Classic Oak piece is backed by a 5-year structural warranty covering manufacturing defects and timber integrity under normal residential use.
