Prepare for Pickup
Secure the furniture in its original protective packaging; for large dining tables or bed frames, our specialized white-glove team will handle the disassembly for you.

Once the item reaches our workshop, our artisans will inspect the wood for any signs of use or damage to ensure it meets our restocking standards.
Receive Your Refund
After a successful inspection, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method, minus a flat-rate return shipping fee, within 5 to 7 business days.
